Thin and flexible mat
Flexiroll XP is a fire-protective mat/wrapping used for fire protection of pipes, circular columns, and minor modifications on other fire products.
The product is thin, flexible, and provides fire protection for durations of up to 90 minutes. The thickness and the number of layers of Flexiroll are adjusted based on fire requirements.
Application
Benarx Flexiroll XP can be installed on pipeline systems as a complete fire insulation solution.
The product is also used as a supplemental
- Jet fire tested and certified according to OTI 95634
- Tested and certified for hydrocarbon fire according to BS 476-20
- Life cycle tested for temperature, salt spray, and UV light up to 4200 hours, equivalent to 15 years of lifespan
- Easy and time-saving to install
- Can be installed in all weather conditions
- No health and safety aspects related to chemical exposure unlike wet-applied epoxy
