Dust free alternative to traditional insulation

Oryza-Sil-650 is developed as a dust-free alternative to aerogel insulation, while still maintaining the excellent insulation and water-repellent properties of aerogel.

The product is offered in bulk, pre-cut sheets, pre-formed pipe sections, or ready-to-install units in Beerenberg's All-In-One series with GRP enclosures.

Application

Oryza can be used for thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, and as fire protection for simple fire requirements up to 20 minutes. The product also has good CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) reducing properties due to its water-repellent and breathable characteristics.

Oryza-Sil-650 is particularly suitable for the following applications:

  • Where one wants to replace traditional (dusty) aerogel solutions with a dust-reduced and more affordable aerogel material.
  • Confined areas with limited space for insulation.
  • Areas where one wants to increase the insulation capability from traditional insulation materials to save energy/CO2 through energy efficiency - without increasing the diameter of the enclosure.
  • As a CUI reducing alternative to traditional insulation materials.
