All in one Prefabricated insulation

All In One represents an innovative product series where the entire insulation system is pre-assembled and glued inside the GRP cladding. This enables direct installation on the pipe without the need for cutting the insulation and layer-by-layer installation of the insulation. The product provides significant time savings in the project while also reducing exposure to dust.

All In One defines the market's fastest insulation system in terms of assembly time. By introducing a prefabricated insulation system where the entire structure is pre-assembled in GRP sections, the installation time is significantly reduced. The GRP sections, fitted with pre-assembled Oryza-Sil-650, are supplied as half-shells, allowing the entire system to be installed in a single step.

An additional advantage is that the system is constructed with non-metallic components. The advantages of this are:

  • Better HSE: No cuts
  • Less CUI: No sharp edges, use of awls, screws etc. which can damage the coating on pipes
  • IR inspection: GRP Cladding does not reflect IR radiation and can be inspected effectively for thermal bridges/gaps with an IR camera.
  • Less weight than when using traditional acid-resistant enclosures

Application

All In One can be used for both thermal and acoustic insulation, in addition to certain fire classes. The system can be applied to pipes and process equipment with temperatures up to 230°C.

The recommended insulation material in All-In-One is Oryza-Sil-650, but other insulation materials can also be integrated upon request.
