Meet Romualdas, the Flexible worker
Romualdas Plukas had been working for Beerenberg since 2010 before being appointed as a Foreman in Insulation in 2019. Since then, he has dedicatedly been at the largest oil refinery in Norway, Mongstad. Over these years, he has distinguished himself as a hardworking, dedicated, and responsible individual, serving as a good role model for his colleagues. This year, he was voted as the winner in ‘The Flexible' category at the Beerenberg Awards.
