Our leaders possess more than 30 years of experience with system cleaning after processing, welding, and mechanical completion along with pressure tests of all operating systems in pipelines, valves, vessels, system lines, connectors, etc. during the Final Acceptance Test, and fluid filling for corrosion protection during transportation and/or immersion. In addition, function testing of valves includes torque testing and leak testing after pressure testing, along with break-out testing of valves that also can be performed.
Furthermore, hydraulic oil flushing with automatic particle counting, cleanliness control of hydraulic systems incl. hydraulic valves, check valves, and function tests that are typical for umbilical and manifold systems. Last but not least, we can also perform mechanical testing if required along with bolt tensioning and video inspection after cleaning.
