Gro Hatleskog took up the position of EVP Business Support with responsibility for HR, communications, compliance and supply chain management on 1 March 2015. She has extensive and wide-ranging experience as an HR and staff director at Vesta Forsikring, Sparebanken Vest and Nera Telecommunications. She has previously held the post of Executive Vice President at Beerenberg with responsibility for HR, communications, compliance and HSE/Q. Gro Hatleskog has a master's degree in administration and organisation theory from the University of Bergen.
