Roger Kjeilen (39) is Executive Vice President (EVP) Sales and Marketing President, and is responsible at Group level for the company’s activities within sales, marketing, internal and external communication, bid and contracts, and has held this position since 2008. Mr. Kjeilen joined Beerenberg in 1996, and since 2003 was the bid manager in the company. He has previously been contracts coordinator and project manager with the primary area of responsibility to follow up project managers in various projects. Mr. Kjeilen qualified as a Civil Engineer, Construction, at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, 1994.
